Coppélia

Coppélia is a whimsical tale set in a small town in Germany that centers around an odd toymaker, Dr. Coppelius; a young girl in his window, Coppélia; and two young people, Swanhilda and Franz.  Swanhilda and Franz are fascinated with the young girl who sits and reads a book in the toymaker’s window every day. Dr. Coppelius never lets anyone into his toy shop. He keeps the key to himself and does not have visitors. The toy shop is a place of great mystery to everyone in this little farm town. One afternoon, Dr. Coppelius accidentally loses his key, and Swanhilda and her friends find it!  That night, they sneak into the toy shop and experience all of the wonders and secrets within!
